Refund Policy

CANCELLATION FEE AND REFUND POLICY:

Refunds of the fees paid for the development of the System/software may be issued on accounts canceled within 10 days of the initial sale and before the completion of the project according to the following schedule:

  • A minimum of a %50 cancellation fee will be retained by Just2Pay on the canceled account even if no work has been started and no content has yet been submitted by the Client.
  • A minimum of a %75 cancellation fee will be retained by Just2Pay on canceled accounts if work has been presented to the Client; or if Just2Pay has made multiple attempts to work with the Client, and the Client has not responded to those attempts.
  • A %100 cancellation fee will be retained by Just2Pay and NO REFUND issued if any changes and/or modifications requested by the Client have been completed by Just2Pay. No Refund will be issued on any System/software canceled after services have been rendered, including but not limited to, the design work and programming having been completed and/or the software has been moved to the client’s server or transferred to their procession.
  • %100 cancellation fee will be retained and NO REFUND will be issued by Just2Pay if the Client cancels after 10 days from the initial sale.

 

MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE

The client agrees that a minimum cancellation fee of %50 will be retained by Just2Pay on all canceled accounts even if no work has been started. The cancellation fee is charged to compensate Just2Pay for up-front expenses and services rendered, including but not limited to, time costs incurred for project meetings and analysis, project management, documentation, design and development, employee expenses, and overhead costs.

 

ENHANCEMENT SALES

  • A %100 cancellation fee will be retained by Just2Pay and NO REFUND will be issued once work has begun on any enhancements purchased, including, but not limited to, databases, programming, logos, flash, galleries, rollovers, security certificates, design time, domain names, etc.
  • A minimum cancellation fee of %50 will be retained on canceled expedited services.
  • The client agrees that a minimum cancellation fee of %50 will be retained by Just2Pay on all canceled enhancement purchases if canceled within 30 days of the enhancement sale and if work has not yet begun.
  • NO REFUND will be issued by Just2Pay if the Client cancels after Just2Pay days from the enhancement sale.
  • Enhancements or additional services purchased after the initial sale are separate purchases and are in addition to and separate from the original sale. If a client cancels an enhancement the original sale is not canceled.

 

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. If the Client cancels an account before the work is completed or the site is live, a cancellation fee is retained per the Cancellation Fee and Refund Policy (SEE Cancellation Fee and Refund Policy).

The client agrees that all fees incurred and billed before the cancellation effective date are valid and the Client agrees to pay. Upon request for terminating services, the System will be removed. A backup copy of the System/software is not maintained by Just2Pay.

  • Cancellation by User:

You may discontinue to use and request to cancel your User Account and/or any J2P Services at any time, by the instructions available on the J2P Services. The effective date and time for such cancellation shall be the date and time on which you have completed the cancellation process on the J2P Services, and the effective date for cancellation of Paid Services shall be at the end of such Paid Services’ subscription period.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, concerning subscriptions to Renewing Paid Services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment. Please note that as the cancellation process may take a few days, to avoid the next automatic renewal and respective charge the cancellation request should be made at least fourteen (14) days before the expiration of the then-current service period.

  • Cancellation by Just2Pay:

Failure to comply with any of the J2P Terms and/or to pay any due Fee shall entitle J2P to suspend (until full payment is made) or cancel your User Account and User Platform (or certain features thereof), as well as the provision of any related J2P Services (e.g., Paid Services) or Third Party Services to you.

  • Loss of Data, Content, and Capacity:

If your User Account or any J2P Services or Third Party Services relating to your User Account are canceled (whether at your request or J2P’s discretion), it may cause or result in the loss of certain content, features, or capacity of your User Account, including any User Content, End User data or other user data retained therein, and including any domain name reservation or registration that was included in such Services (“Capacity Loss”). J2P shall not be liable in any way for such Capacity Loss, or for saving a backup of your User Account, User Content, or End User data. Please also note that additional Fees may apply to the re-activation of a User Account and/or any J2P Services following their cancellation, as determined by J2P in its sole discretion.
